At MSL Circuits, every delivery counts. As a Sales Administration Manager, you are an essential player in the performance of our supply chain and the satisfaction of our customers.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will manage orders and deliveries to ensure compliance with deadlines, quantities, and quality requirements.

Your missions

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

Integrate customer orders into SAP (EDI, firm orders), identify variations, and verify their consistency. Trigger shipments and organize transport. Build and negotiate delivery plans in agreement with production and the supply chain, and inform customers. Analyze and improve OTD performance: update indicators, identify causes of non-delivery, and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality, project managers) and external partners (customers, carriers, customs). Handle logistics disputes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your profile

You are recognized for your organizational skills, reactivity, and customer orientation.

You possess: A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in international trade, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Supply Chain, ideally in an industrial environment. A good command of SAP, Excel, and professional English.
