1.Prepare and Tabulate the project budget for each material.
- Do quantity take-off
- Can do market analysis and quote invitation subcons and suppliers
- Able to do calculation about Earthworks Excavation works
- Can check actual work done and certify maincon payments
- Able to prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) , rebar and concrete fluctuation by base index and current index
- Prepare quotation and progress claims for sub contract works, equipment rental and disposal.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate
- Must know how to use Autocadd 2D and 3D, Excel and Powerpoint
