Your Tasks

• As a project lead, you will be trained by your colleagues in our customer and product projects surrounding the cross-components of our standard software msg.Insurance Suite (https://msg-insurance-suite.com/de/unsere-loesungen/msg-insurance-suite/); in doing so, you will analyze, structure, and prioritize requirements and be responsible for their successful implementation
• You will support the responsible Program Managers (all genders) and project leads through your contributions in ensuring the achievement of the goals of the project assigned to you
• You will manage smaller project teams across various locations and ensure the successful cooperation of all stakeholders as well as the achievement of agreed project goals
• You will support your colleagues in the planning and controlling for the project assigned to you and will be introduced to reporting to our customers and the management bodies regarding project progress, risks, and decisions
• Additionally, you will gain insights into the content-related and methodical further development of company-wide project management methods, tools, and processes and support your colleagues in their implementation

Your Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, business administration, or mathematics, or a completed vocational training or another comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial experience in project management and / or in leading projects or working groups in the insurance environment, initial practical experience in software development projects, and interest in the topic of Cross
• A high degree of teamwork and communication skills as well as the ability to abstract, paired with a confident appearance; interest in new challenges and the active shaping of change processes
• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking as well as the ability to structure complex issues in a comprehensible way and convey them concisely
• Spatial flexibility to perform your activities on-site at our customers (usually in the D-A-CH region)
• Good English skills for an international task environment
