Junior Project Manager Insurance Software (all genders)

Your Tasks

• You will independently take over the management of projects with small to medium complexity and support your colleagues in projects with a larger scope
• After your induction, you will be responsible for the operational planning, control, as well as ensuring the achievement of goals and the controlling of your projects
• You will coordinate with the project steering committees and report the project status to the project management
• You will continuously expand your know-how through the application of project management methods, tools, and processes in the project and actively participate in the content-related and methodical further development
• Your area of responsibility also includes supporting the further development, leadership, and management of the employees used in the project
• Furthermore, you will support important internal projects and initiatives or lead and coordinate initiatives of a smaller scope and complexity
• You will provide advisory support to our customers and assist us in the acquisition of new customers and projects

Your Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, business administration, or mathematics, or a completed vocational training or another comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial experience in project management and/or in the management of projects or working groups in the life insurance environment, initial practical experience in software development projects, and interest in the topic of life insurance
• A high degree of teamwork and communication skills as well as the ability to think abstractly, paired with a confident appearance; interest in new challenges and the active shaping of change processes
• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking as well as the ability to structure complex issues in a comprehensible way and convey them concisely
• Spatial flexibility to perform your activities on-site at our customers (usually in the D-A-CH region)
• Good English skills for an international task environment

• We will accompany your start with a multi-day onboarding program in the first year. Additionally, a contact person from the specialist department will be available to answer all questions during your induction period.
