Legal Intern

Legal Associate and Legal Intern positions are available to support corporate legal operations and provide support in regulatory, compliance, and contract management aspects. The position holders will be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents, risk analysis, as well as consultations related to corporate law. Additionally, they will also assist in the legal problem-solving process, coordination with external parties, and monitoring relevant regulations. These tasks require analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication to support the sustainability and growth of MSBU Group's business.
This position is open to remote work. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law or a related field. Required skills include understanding of Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Corporate Law, Legal Research, Contract Review, Legal Compliance, International Law, and Contract Law. Candidates who have an interest in the world of technology and digital transformation as well as the ability to adapt to a flexible work environment will be highly appreciated.
Job Description:
- Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, memo and agreement
- Assist in preparing legal opinions and memorandum, to address specific legal issues.
- Assisting the paperwork with the day-to-day operations of a company
- Organize and maintain legal files and case records
- Summarize legal documents and prepare briefs or reports
- Perform general administrative duties related to legal work
- Ensure compliance with policy policies, relevant laws, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from Law major (Undergraduate students, preferably in last semester are welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge in Labor Law and Industrial Relations (preferred)
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Based in Jabodetabek (Mandatory)
