As an MS LO Tool Center - Corrective Maintenance Employee, you ensure that defective and incomplete tools are quickly and carefully made ready for use again. In this way, you contribute directly to reliable tool availability and a smoothly running process.

In this role, you will work on complex tools within an environment where you deepen your knowledge daily. You tackle work orders purposefully, coordinate with colleagues from various disciplines, and identify where the process can be made smarter. With your decisiveness and eye for detail, you make the difference in repair, validation, and continuous improvement.

• Inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and validating complex tools according to procedures and quality standards
• Executing work orders efficiently and completing repairs within agreed lead times
• Analyzing technical issues and determining appropriate repair solutions
• Monitoring and improving quality, reliability, and first-time-right performance
• Actively contributing to process improvements, Lean initiatives, and a safe workplace

Job Requirements

You feel at home in a technical environment where structured working and taking responsibility are second nature. You combine an HBO working and thinking level with practical experience and know how to effectively connect technology, planning, and collaboration. Thanks to your analytical view and independent approach, you maintain an overview, even when pressure increases.

For this position, you bring:

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or logistical direction
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in repair or production
• Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
