Your tasks
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to manage trades and ensure smooth project flow.
- Handle onsite documentation, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and material inventory.
- Ensure all work sites adhere to safety standards (e.g., PPE usage), conduct safety briefings, and report violations.
- Resolve technical issues and logistical bottlenecks on-site.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, and site operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience managing schedules, ordering materials, and tracking project progress.
