Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Finance team in managing GST invoices, reconciliations, claim payment administration, KYC processes, and other administrative activities. This role requires maintaining accurate records, resolving documentation discrepancies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing administrative support for finance operations and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities: Support claims payment processing based on approved payment requisitions. Assist in new account setup and ensure completeness of KYC documentation. Receive, validate, and maintain GST invoices ,credit notes, and supporting documents from brokers. Ensure proper filing, recording, and archiving of documents in accordance with company procedures. Match invoices against accounting records and perform basic reconciliations. Identify, investigate, and follow up on invoice discrepancies with brokers until resolution. Monitor outstanding or missing invoices and maintain follow-up records. Verify invoice completeness to support GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims. Assist with GST reporting, audits, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Perform other ad hoc administrative and finance support duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Required Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Taxation, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience Basic understanding of GST and invoice documentation requirements. Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyze large volumes of transaction data and identify exceptions.
