Senior Accounting
Collect and examine the data required for the preparation of financial statements, including bank data, purchases, sales, payroll, taxation, and other supporting data
Prepare and review Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow according to client needs
Perform reconciliation and analysis of financial statements to ensure the accuracy of accounts, accruals, revenue, expenses, COGS, assets, liabilities, as well as compliance with supporting documents and accounting standards
Ensure financial statements are completed and sent to clients according to deadlines and perform revisions if necessary
Handle inquiries and provide explanations to clients regarding figures, accounts, and transaction treatments in the financial statements
Review the work of the Accounting Team, provide direction, and assist in resolving obstacles in the financial statement preparation process
Conduct meetings and site visits to client locations if necessary
Coordinate with the Accounting Supervisor in the completion of accounting work and projects, as well as assist in resolving issues that require further analysis.
Minimum S1 Accounting education
2–5 years of experience in the Accounting field; experience in a consulting firm is preferred
Understand the process of preparing and analyzing financial statements
Understand Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and its application according to industry characteristics
Able to perform reconciliation and analysis of transactions in financial statements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Accurate, MYOB, Jurnal id, SAP, or others
Understand the connection between accounting transactions and taxation
Have good communication skills and are able to communicate directly with clients
Have good oral and written English skills
