Your tasks

Duties

• Consult with clients, listen to their preferences, and deliver hair styling suited to their requests.
• Maintain sanitation by cleaning tools and work areas between appointments and keeping shared spaces orderly.
• Recommend relevant services or retail products through helpful, customer-focused upselling.
• Support front desk tasks, communicate appointment details clearly, and assist with retail sales.

Requirements

Qualifications Required: Clear communication, customer service, practical hair styling ability, and consistent sanitation habits are essential for serving clients and maintaining a safe, professional workspace. Preferred: Related barbering or customer-facing experience, along with confidence in retail sales, upselling, and front desk support, can help you contribute to a smooth, welcoming shop experience.

What we offer

Pay: $4,800.00-$7,000.00 per month
