Mr.Bricolage is looking for an Import Administration Coordinator M/F in CDI, for its logistics subsidiary located near Orléans (45). Within the Group's Supply Chain Department, you will intervene at the heart of import flows, mainly maritime, in close connection with supply managers, sourcers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal services. Your role is key: securing import operations. To do this, you will notably have to: Administrative and operational management related to the importation of goods
- Reception, control, sending, confirmation, and tracking of orders
- Organization of transport and delivery of goods
- Control and monitoring of the documentary set and supplier payment
- Dispute management and invoicing follow-up
Activity monitoring and continuous improvement
- Preparation and facilitation of operational meetings with sourcers and freight forwarders
- Monitoring of KPIs / dashboards and identified action plans
- Updating and monitoring of processes
As part of your missions, it is imperative to master professional English (written and oral), allowing you to work with international sourcers.

You are rigorous and attentive to detail, especially in documentary control and meeting deadlines, to avoid any customs clearance delays. You like working in an operational environment, while knowing how to take a step back to anticipate, alert, and prioritize. Curious, you are closely interested in the international context and the challenges related to maritime transport. Comfortable in a coordination role, with many internal and external interlocutors, you have good communication skills, and you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and patience. You also appreciate working in pairs, sharing information, and team solidarity. You master Excel at an advanced intermediate level (TCD, data presentation, charts, and advanced functions) and are comfortable with shared tools, where data quality is essential.
