Your tasks
- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, RFQ, design coordination, procurement, site supervision & handover.
- Visit sites and oversee setup and installation works ensuring quality, safety and timely completion
- Manage and coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure timelines are met
- Review and Manage fitout costs
- Advise Leasing department on technical requirements pertaining to new store sourcing
- Plan and manage store improvement and revamp work
- Work closely with operations team and relevant departments to ensure fitout works are efficiently carried out
- Provide technical support and training for both internal and overseas franchisees
- Support sourcing of materials, vendors and contractors as needed.
- Perform other job duties or projects as given by superior or management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, facilities, renovation, construction or space planning.
- Experience managing renovation, upgrading, reinstatement or commercial projects will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of project planning, contractor management, quotation evaluation and site coordination.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or other space-planning software will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and make practical decisions to resolve project issues.
- Willing to travel between company premises, outlets, offices and project sites when required.
