Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Fluency in English language
- Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of Benefit software (will be an asset)
