SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities: Collect, sort, and segregate metal scrap materials such as iron, steel, aluminium, copper, and other recyclable metals.

Inspect and identify different types of scrap metals for recycling.

Assist in loading, unloading, weighing, and transporting scrap metal materials.

Operate basic tools and equipment used for cutting, dismantling, sorting, and processing scrap metals, where authorised.

Remove non-metallic materials and unwanted components from scrap metal.

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the recycling and storage areas are clean and organised.

Follow workplace safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Assist with packing, storing, and preparing recycled metal materials for sale or transportation.

Report damaged equipment, unsafe working conditions, and operational issues to the supervisor.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
