Senior Contract Engineer

Your tasks

We are recruiting for a senior contract engineer with the following details:

The job holder liaises with other teams and participates in the processes and communication of the contracts entity by performing the following tasks:

• Work closely with the DUET counterpart to create the contracts dossier.
• Develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda including:

• Validation of contracts strategy.
• Negotiation and analysis of commercial bids.
• Participation in recommendations to award.

• Ensure that all insurance issues of company assets and personnel are dealt with.
• Manage his/her performance by monitoring KPIs.
• Ensure the update of the contracts management tool.
• Keep informed of best practices in contracts procedures in other entities for improvement of contracts practices in the company.
• Use frame agreements FALTC signed by shareholders.

Requirements

BSc degree in science or commercial field or its equivalent.

Professional experience: 5-7 years post-graduate experience required in contracts within the oil and gas industry and 2 years' experience as a contract engineer in the company.

Experience primarily in the engineering, construction, or quantity surveying industries.

Advanced level in contracts technical competencies required.

C&P tools advanced certification required.
