NWP HSE Lead

Your tasks

• Demonstrated expertise in HSE management systems, incident investigation, risk assessment, behavioural safety programs, and contractor HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (IOGP, ISO), environmental and safety legislation, and industry best practices.
• Experienced in large-scale oil and gas construction projects, with a solid understanding of production equipment, processes, and utility systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive positive safety culture, influence organizational change, and work effectively across multidisciplinary environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with full professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with company standards and Middle East regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Experienced HSE engineer with over 15 years of experience in high-hazard industries, including oil & gas, construction, and onshore facilities, with at least 5 years in HSE supervisory roles.
• Holds professional HSE qualifications at diploma, degree, or equivalent level (e.g., NEBOSH diploma, MSc in occupational health & safety).
