Do

As Teamlead, you stand in the middle of the shop floor and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You actively participate in the process, but at the same time maintain an overview of planning, quality, and the team. You are the link between the shop floor and the Supervisor. Is something stuck? Then you take care of it. Do you see that something can be done better? Then you take action.

  • Participating in the packaging and finishing process
  • Monitoring planning, progress, and quality
  • Identifying and solving daily bottlenecks
  • Directing and motivating operators and production employees
  • Onboarding and guiding new colleagues
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized workplace
  • Identifying improvements and helping to implement them

Can

  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader (preferably in a production environment such as packaging or finishing)
  • You are a coaching leader who motivates people
  • Good command of the English language (at least B1)
  • You maintain an overview when it gets busy
  • You address colleagues when necessary
  • You think in solutions, not in problems
