As part of our trainee program, you can apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge from your studies in practice across various departments and companies of MPC Capital. This will allow you to gain a broad understanding of business processes and strategies. We coordinate our practical content closely with the HSBA.

Your tasks Collaboration in various specialist departments and companies of MPC Capital AG Active support of ongoing projects in the field of Investment- and Asset-Management with a focus on Shipping Analysis of business processes, markets, and strategies in an international environment Collaboration with internal interfaces as well as international teams
Your profile What we wish for from you: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Engineering) Interest in the shipping industry Analytical skills, teamwork, and strong communication skills Proactivity and willingness to learn Very good English skills
