Your tasks

The Remote Educational App Promoter is a volunteer role focused on increasing awareness and usage of Moxingaa’s educational applications. Day-to-day activities include sharing app information with potential users through online channels, answering basic questions about app features, and collecting user feedback to help improve the learning experience. The role involves engaging with online communities, participating in virtual presentations or demos, and collaborating with the team to suggest new outreach ideas. This position is fully remote, offering flexible hours and the chance to support educational access from any location.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, support app users, and handle feedback in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to promote the educational apps, highlight key benefits, and help expand the user base.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to guide new users through app features and support basic onboarding or demonstrations.
• Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and online communities is highly beneficial.
• Interest in education, e-learning, or educational technology is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with a distributed team.
