As part of our growing team, we are looking for Production Technician who is responsible for supporting production operations, machine setup, troubleshooting and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate the production workflow to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Perform machine setting, mold setup and process optimisation to achieve production and quality requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot workplace, machine, mold and process-related problems.
• Monitor production output and ensure production targets and yield requirements are achieved.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITE in Engineering-related Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in mold setup and process adjustment
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
