Field Technician

About the company

We at Energym, the leading company in Israel for fitness equipment and services, are looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our service team. The technician will perform service calls at private customer homes and fitness clubs (such as Holmes Place, leading fitness clubs, and more) - including: repairs, maintenance, assembly, and training.

Your tasks

• Performing service calls at private and business customers
• Handling a variety of faults - mechanical, electrical, and electronic (replacement of belts, motors, calibration, etc.)
• Training users on correct and safe use of equipment
• Working with the Priority Mobile system for managing calls and real-time reporting
• Maintaining a high level of service and professionalism towards customers

Requirements

Proven experience as a Field Technician (advantage for experience in mechanics, mechanical or electrical equipment)

• Technical education - Electrician / Electronics / Mechanics technician (advantage for dual certification)
• Driver's license
• Basic technical English
• Ability to perform physical work (carrying light to medium equipment)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high service orientation
