Credit Controller

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage customer credit, collections, outstanding receivables, and credit risk within a freight forwarding environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of freight forwarding invoicing, customer accounts, credit terms, collections, and shipping documentation.

• 5-7 years of Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain. • Strong understanding of freight forwarding billing and customer accounts. • Good knowledge of credit control procedures and debt collection. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems. • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and meet collection targets. • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
