Internal Sales French & English

For our client, a wonderful company in Kortrijk, we are looking for an employee for 'Internal Sales French & English'.

Our client specializes in high-quality aluminum design profiles and LED applications for the stand building, interior, event, and audiovisual industries.

• You will be part of our larger commercial organization and work closely with our external sales managers, together forming the first point of contact for customers.
• Together with the external sales manager, you are responsible for maintaining and further expanding existing customer relationships and strengthening our customer base.
• You combine a strong commercial mindset with technical affinity, allowing you to advise customers convincingly on the possibilities.
• You feel completely at home in a dynamic and deadline-oriented environment, where you can use your organizational talent and accuracy daily to optimally support customers and colleagues.
• You actively support the sales team in generating new business by mapping out potential customers and prospects and detecting new commercial opportunities.
• You are naturally enthusiastic, entrepreneurial & proactive.
• You have very good oral and written knowledge of French and English.
• You are not afraid to take responsibility and to be a trusted person between the customer and your colleagues.
• You act as an excellent relationship builder with a view to long-term cooperation.
• You possess technical insight, allowing you to advise your customers in their choices.
