Mount Carmel Hospitality Limited T/A Camile Thai Maynooth are seeking to recruit Chef de Partie to join our Camile Thai Maynooth Restaurant

You must have 2 years of hotel/restaurant experience for this position.

Duties will include but not limited to

• Preparation of vegetables, meat, poultry regularly as per our recipes and business demands.
• Ordering, stock taking, receiving deliveries etc.
• Cooking customer orders to our standards.
• Cleaning, washing, sanitisation and general chef de partie duties.

The ideal candidate is quick learner, good communicator and enjoy working in a team.

This is a full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Salary Euro 36,605 per annum, 703.94 per annum or 18.05 per hour
