Marketing Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Management, you will develop and deploy the marketing strategy dedicated to private clients in order to strengthen the estate's reputation, develop customer loyalty, and support revenue growth. You will lead marketing and commercial campaigns, ensure performance monitoring, manage the marketing budget, and propose continuous improvement actions. You will join an existing sales team and work in close collaboration with all departments of the estate.

With at least a Bac +2 degree in marketing, communication, or business, you have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position. You have mastered marketing project management, campaign management, and performance analysis using key indicators.

You demonstrate autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and are capable of managing several projects simultaneously. Curious, creative, and proactive, you enjoy evolving practices and proposing new ideas.

You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally and with external service providers. Thanks to your interpersonal skills, you are able to unite a team around common goals, support change, and lead projects with commitment.

You are proficient in office tools and the main marketing tools (Brevo, WordPress, PrestaShop, Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, ERP). Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

A very good level of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. A valid driver's license (Permis B) is required.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for an involved, dynamic person who is sensitive to the world of wine and wishes to invest long-term in a family estate recognized for its excellence, authenticity, and the quality of its wines.
