Responsibilities and assignments Responsibilities and assignments Responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of Votorantim's Outbound volume transport, managing the operational team and promoting strategic alignment between Motz and Votorantim, aiming to meet volume, service level, and operational profitability goals, in accordance with the contract. And what will your day-to-day be like? 💼 • Ensure the efficient execution of Votorantim's Outbound volume transport, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the service level agreed upon in the contract. • Lead and develop the operational team, promoting engagement, technical evolution, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. • Monitor and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), such as absolute volume, market share, contribution margin, and net operating revenue (ROL). • Ensure strategic and operational alignment between Motz and Votorantim, promoting synergies that meet the expectations of both companies. • Resolve operational problems quickly and effectively, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of transport operations. • Build and conduct the direct pipeline strategy and coordinator development, ensuring succession and sustainability of the operation in the medium term. • Monitor the market vision and support negotiations and tariff revision requests with facts and data. • Conduct the balance between margin and market share as a continuous decision, ensuring the profitability of operations.

Requirements and qualifications What do we expect from you? 🎓 • Higher Education in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. • Experience in the logistics and transport sectors. • Experience in people management, with experience in team development. • Analytical and financial vision to compare efficiency between operations and evaluate fixed and variable costs. • Experience in strategic decision-making aligned with the business. • Agility to respond to multiple clients and simultaneous demands in a pressurized environment with a strong focus on results. • Office Package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and use of AI. • Basic English, sufficient for interpreting texts and presentations. Important: availability for travel is required. ⭐ Before anything else, know that you will stand out very well in our team if: ⭐ • You have an MBA or postgraduate degree in related areas. • You have experience with road freight transport operations in the cement or civil construction segment. • You have already led teams through coordinators, and not just direct teams. • You have experience in relationship management with strategic clients or shareholders. • You have expertise in indicator management, performance rituals, and action plans.
