Production Planner (m/f/d) (REFA Technician)

We are currently looking for a Production Planner (m/f/d) for our production department to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Your skills are required here:

• Supporting the Production Department Manager in daily operations to optimize production processes
• Optimizing existing and designing new production workflows (machines, processes, material)
• Conducting time studies and identifying potential for improvement
• Reducing throughput and production times
• Creating work instructions and process documentation
• Optimizing & participating in the series introduction of new products
• Production-related support for ERP system implementation and maintenance

What you bring to the role:

• Technical degree, training as a Meister or Technician, or technical vocational training with practical experience
• Sound REFA training (e.g., REFA-Process-Engineer and/or REFA Operations Manager) with proven at least 5 years of practical application
• At least five years of professional experience leading improvement or Lean projects
• Very good written and spoken English skills as well as routine handling of MS-Office and ERP systems
• Structured, independent way of working and team player, hands-on mentality, close connection to production
