Your tasks

Responsible for evaluating and processing vehicle warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.

Reviews repair orders, technician findings, and supporting documents to determine warranty eligibility.

Prepares and submits warranty claims, reports, photographs, and other required documentation to the vehicle manufacturer or principal company for approval and reimbursement.

Coordinates with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Personnel, and manufacturer representatives regarding warranty concerns, replacement of defective parts, and claim status.

Monitors warranty claim processing, maintains warranty records, and ensures compliance with manufacturer standards and audit requirements.

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures. Serves as the liaison between the dealership, customers, and the vehicle manufacturer regarding warranty concerns, claim approvals, reimbursement, and replacement of defective warrantable parts.

Qualifications/Requirements Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an automotive dealership setting.

Remarks Applicants with experience in automotive dealership warranty operations and manufacturer warranty claim systems will be given preference.
