Planner (f/m/d) - Ensuring smooth material supply

• Planning and procurement of production materials as well as ensuring timely material availability
• Monitoring delivery dates and active bottleneck management, including checking order confirmations and initiating measures in case of deviations
• Coordination and communication with national and international suppliers as well as agreeing on delivery and procurement conditions
• Maintenance, analysis, and optimization of planning-relevant master data in SAP as well as controlling relevant key figures
• Support in forecast and requirements planning
• Participation in the optimization of stocks and processes as well as the further development of digital planning processes in close cooperation with production, purchasing, quality, and technology - Completed commercial or technical training, job-related further training is an advantage
• Knowledge of material planning as well as understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
• Good SAP-MM knowledge as well as confident handling of MS Office
• Basic knowledge in forecast and requirements planning as well as understanding of key figures and inventory control
• Structured, independent way of working with strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Analytical thinking as well as a process- and improvement-oriented approach
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and assertiveness as well as resilience and flexibility
