Job Summary

You will maintain workshop cleanliness and organization, manage stock intake and inventory accuracy, coordinate purchases for low stock items, handle data entry and invoicing, and support shop scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment to support efficient operations
• Arrange merchandise displays to enhance product visibility and accessibility
• Record stock intake accurately to track inventory levels
• Trigger purchase orders promptly for items with low stock to prevent shortages
• Enter inventory data into the system to maintain up-to-date stock records
• Conduct stock takes to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Organize and upkeep the storeroom to ensure a neat and orderly storage area
• File stocks correctly in designated locations for easy retrieval
• Issue invoices and receipts accurately to support sales transactions
• Coordinate calendar appointments to manage shop schedules effectively
• Respond to online enquiries from E-commerce platforms
• Upkeep store listings on E-Commerce platforms
