Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical expertise and application support to customers, sales teams, and internal departments across industrial and automotive lubricant and spare-parts applications. The role is responsible for understanding customer technical requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, troubleshooting application issues, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and product/application recommendations for industrial and automotive lubricants and spare parts.

Visit customer sites to understand equipment, operating conditions, maintenance practices, and technical requirements.

Analyze customer applications and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Support the sales team during customer visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and business opportunities.

Investigate lubricant-related technical issues and provide practical recommendations.

Assist customers with product selection, application, storage, handling, and usage requirements.

Conduct technical presentations, product training, and customer awareness sessions when required.

Support product trials and follow up on technical results and customer feedback.

Prepare technical reports and document customer issues, findings, and recommendations.

Maintain strong technical relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams when specialized technical support is required.

Keep up to date with lubricant technologies, equipment requirements, industry practices, and product developments.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Petroleum, Automotive, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline is mandatory.

2–5 years of relevant technical experience is mandatory, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, spare parts, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of industrial and/or automotive lubricant applications.

Good understanding of machinery, equipment, engines, and maintenance practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.

Customer-focused, well organized, professional reporter and able to work independently.

Good command of English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Must own a car and hold a valid driving license.
