Responsibilities and duties

• Ensure the monitoring of the Project Portfolio;
• Define, generate, monitor, and present performance indicators for executives and PMO (KPIs);
• Deliver projects established in the planning or in a mobilization for a new business;
• Plan and manage the Project Portfolio: physical, financial, resources, costs, quality, risks, and change;
• Contribute to feasibility studies, new businesses, and the development of new technologies;
• Review pricing of solutions and services, analysis of new solutions, mapping of proposed gains in business processes, analysis of market "cases", comparative analysis between proposed solutions;
• Participate in the planning process based on the business strategy;
• Control of rituals and periodic meetings;
• Participate in the company's governance rituals and collaborate with the development of methodologies;
• Ensure the timeliness and competitiveness of Motiva regarding technology solutions;
• Prospect solutions in the market, exchange experiences and information with other companies in the same industries, prospecting at fairs, congresses, and sector events, with the proposition of innovative actions and changes to business processes;
• Ensure the transition of updates to production scenarios. Ensure that the change committee always happens recurrently on the agreed dates and times;
• Ensure synergy and integration with the other areas (peers) of the CSC;
• Through recurrent rituals, aligning the activities that integrate both fronts: Solution Planning, projects, and improvements within the specified requirements for the various Business Units;
• Use project management methodologies (PMI) or Agile Methodologies, with physical and financial monitoring of execution;
• Ensure the connection of the Business Strategy with Technology solutions;
• Through participation in the definition of the Strategy of the functional areas;

• Ensure that the activity roadmap is delivered as agreed with the client areas;
• Mobilizing teams and ensuring compliance with agreed objectives and deadlines.

Requirements and qualifications

What we expect from you:

• ✅ Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors, TOTVS RM, and SAP CPI/BTP;
• ✅ Knowledge in integrations via APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, and JSON;
• ✅ Experience with HR processes, Payroll, eSocial, and integrations between systems;
• ✅ Experience in support, improvements, and implementation of HR solutions;
• ✅ Knowledge in access governance, business rules, and interface monitoring;
• ✅ Working with suppliers, requirement gathering, and support to business areas;
• ✅ Intermediate/advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings, interact with suppliers and global teams, and understand technical documentation.

You will stand out if you have:

• ✅ Experience in HR digital transformation projects;
• ✅ Knowledge in SAP HCM, Qualtrics, Gupy, Único, SOC, and SAP BTP;
• ✅ SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Integration Suite certifications.
