Supply Chain Director M/F - MOTHERSON AEROSPACE, Exameca

Reporting directly to the Plant Director and functionally to the Group Supply Chain Director, your missions are structured as follows:

• Support the management committee and operational staff in adopting the processes within your scope and seek how to best meet business challenges and priorities;
• Develop and decide the company strategy with other members of the committee and ensure its deployment;
• Supervise procurement, planning and scheduling, logistics, and ERP management;
• Drive the indicators of your scope and implement associated improvement action plans;
• Ensure compliance with costs and deadlines;
• Manage the budget of your department;
• Determine stock levels based on production and commercial services;
• Manage the execution of cycle counts and annual inventories;
• Recommend any corrective actions necessary for the smooth running of the company;
• Identify malfunctions and unforeseen events within your department, and propose solutions to resolve them;
• Lead and direct the team: work distribution, administrative management, top-down and bottom-up information flow, annual reviews, recruitment, training, integration, etc.;
• Ensure the load/capacity adequacy of your scope.

• Graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics.
• You have significant experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar position, ideally acquired in the aerospace industry.
• You are proficient in English at a minimum B2 level, allowing you to operate in an international environment.
