• Leading and supervising the operational accounting of hotels in Poland in accordance with applicable standards and Headquarters guidelines;
• Reconciling the VAT purchase and sales registers;
• Reporting financial results for hotels in Gdańsk and Warsaw to Headquarters, including variance analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Close cooperation with the Controlling department, auditors, and other hotel departments regarding financial matters, including the handling of KSeF processes.
• Preparing transfers for payments, posting bank statements, settling credit cards
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports in accordance with the requirements of the financial control department.
• Active participation in month-end closing processes, including account reconciliation, cost control, inventory, and verification of hotel operational data.
• Ensuring timely preparation of documentation for tax declarations and compliance with tax law regulations.
• Support in ongoing financial analyses and projects related to cost optimization and hotel operational efficiency.
• Ensuring the correct flow of documents within the company and verifying the correctness of accounting documents

• Higher education in economics;
• Min. 4 years of experience in a controlling department, preferably in the hotel industry;
• Practical, advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel);
• Knowledge of English or German - a mandatory requirement;
• Knowledge of the specifics of hotel finance (USALI) and indicators characteristic of the hotel industry;
• Highly developed analytical thinking skills;
• Independence and good work organization;
• Responsibility and punctuality;
• Readiness for business travel.
