Desired profile: Master 2 in intellectual property (copyright) Experience: 1-2 years The MOSAIK firm is looking for an associate for a position to be filled in October 2026 The areas of intervention will be mainly the following: business law (general) (40%), intellectual property law (copyright / trademark) and digital law (40%), miscellaneous (20%) Within our human-sized firm, you will carry out advisory and litigation management missions, namely:

• Drafting of legal opinions and notes
• Drafting and reviewing of contracts
• Assistance in music catalog management
• Assistance in trademark portfolio management
• Pre-litigation / litigation monitoring missions
• Oral arguments
• Representation of the firm in expert operations
• Monitoring the execution of decisions
