Role Overview We are seeking passionate, dependable, and nurturing Preschool Assistant Teachers to join our campus teams. Working alongside our educators, you will play an essential role in providing attentive routine care, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and maintaining a secure, inviting environment for children aged 18 months to 6 years. Key Responsibilities Classroom & Learning Support: Assist Educators in carrying out daily thematic lessons, sensory stations, nature-play activities, and learning center routines.
Support the preparation, arrangement, and reset of classroom materials and learning spaces to keep them engaging and inviting.
Routine & Personal Care: Guide and support children through daily routine care, including morning arrival health checks, hand-washing, mealtimes, shower/toileting routines, and naptime transitions.
Supervise children attentively during transition periods, indoor learning, and outdoor playground activities to ensure physical safety and mandatory educator-to-child supervision at all times.
Environment, Health & Hygiene: Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized classroom environments in compliance with early childhood hygiene and safety standards.
Observe children closely for any signs of illness or physical distress and communicate promptly to the Centre Principal.
Teamwork & Operations: Support center arrival drop-offs, dismissal pick-ups, and special school celebrations or events.
Collaborate closely with teachers, center principals, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
