Responsibilities
- Prepare meals by setting up the station for efficient workflow following recipe book standards and portion sizes
- Store perishables properly and maintain inventory of station items to ensure availability and freshness
- Prepare and plate menu items ensuring visual accuracy and presentation quality
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the station area throughout the shift
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage experience preferred
- Passion to learn and deliver consistent quality on every plate
- Self-motivated team player who enjoys working with premium products
- Positions available for Hot & Cold Kitchen
