Your tasks

You will hold a strategic position to monitor and manage projects for our key accounts on an international scale. Your objective? Optimize project profitability, ensure smooth execution, and strengthen customer satisfaction for the purpose of loyalty. As the guarantor of effective contract management, you will ensure the coordination of projects, all stakeholders, and particularly foreign subcontractors. Acting as a true interface between key accounts and company departments, you will be in contact with:

• The sales force to develop appropriate technical, financial, and contractual responses while respecting commercial commitments and deadlines;
• The various stakeholders to coordinate everyone's actions and strengthen our efficiency;
• The technical teams to react quickly in case of an anomaly;
• The purchase-sales manager and business developers to perform project monitoring, traceability, and reporting (KPI);
• Clients to manage their projects, respond to their requests, and support them throughout the process;

Requirements

To successfully carry out your missions, a good understanding of key account challenges is ideal, as is a strong sensitivity to environmental issues. You acquired this background through at least 5 years of experience in a similar position with an international dimension. Thanks to this background, you:

• Excel in project management, with a sharp sense of organization;
• Master commercial techniques;
• Communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, and are able to synthesize information;
• Master technical professional English.

What we offer

• Contract: CDI - Executive position with daily flat-rate (forfait jour)
• Regular travel abroad (every month)
• Gross Annual Remuneration: From €45,000 to €50,000 (F-11 classification of the Métallurgie collective agreement)
