Barista / Felipe Angeles International Airport Night Shift

We are a travel specialist belonging to Grupo Arribada.

• We are looking for your talent to attend our stores and perform the work of FOOD AND BEVERAGE MULTIFUNCTIONAL ASSISTANT. at Felipe Angeles International Airport.

NIGHT Shift.

• Support the reception of raw materials.
• Provide support in the physical taking of inventories.
• Execute cleaning and disinfection tasks according to the established cleaning schedule.
• Prepare cold and hot beverages according to the standard recipes defined by the company.
• Obligatorily deliver the ticket, invoice, or sales receipt issued by the system to each customer as part of their activities and contracted work. Manage the sales system (POS) and daily cash closing complying with the process standardization.
• For any sales cancellation, authorization from the immediate supervisor is required, based on the report issued by the system. Prepare dishes according to the standard recipes and procedures established by the company.
• Promote the sale of items and promotions offered at the point of sale.
• Perform the replenishment of packaging material necessary for your work area before, during, and after peak hours.
• Perform all those tasks inherent to the position indicated by management.
• Report to the supervisor any royalties, tastings, or shrinkage generated in the work area during your shift.
• Ensure the correct display and replenishment of products in the bins and beverage coolers complying with the PEPS process.

Skills:

• Taste for sales and customer service.

• Proficiency in Office software
