Warehouse Supervisor (Engineer)

1. Manage daily warehouse operations including material receiving, inspection, inbound, storage, picking and distribution;
2. Develop and improve warehouse management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
3. Manage material coding system to ensure proper identification, classification and consistency of stock records;
4. Conduct regular inventory counts, analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies;
5. Lead warehouse team including staff scheduling, training and performance evaluation;
6. Coordinate with procurement, production and logistics departments for timely material supply;
7. Ensure warehouse safety management including fire safety, 5S and hazardous material storage;
8. Maintain inventory data using ERP/SAP and WMS systems to ensure data accuracy;
9. Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve space utilization and operational efficiency;
10. Oversee daily maintenance and repair of warehouse facilities and equipment.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related, Logistics, Supply Chain Managementfield; 5+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing industry, foreign/JV enterprise experience preferred; Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and WMS warehouse management systems; Familiarity with Thai labor laws and regulations; strong communication skills; Familiar with local warehousing regulations, customs import/export processes and tariff rules in Thailand; Good communication skills in Chinese and English; Thai language proficiency is a plus; Familiar with 5S management, ISO 9001 QMS and lean production concepts;
