Piping Design Engineer（New graduated welcome）

•3D Modeling & Layout: Develop comprehensive 3D models of piping systems using industry-standard software, ensuring proper equipment spacing and accessibility. •Deliverable Generation: Create and review Piping Isometrics, Orthographic drawings, Piping General Arrangements (GAs), and Support Details. •Pipe Stress Analysis: Perform static and dynamic stress analysis to ensure piping integrity under various temperature, pressure, and seismic conditions. •Material Selection: Prepare Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and Bill of Materials (BOM) based on chemical compatibility and pressure ratings. •Clash Detection: Coordinate with Civil, Structural, and Electrical teams to resolve "clashes" and spatial interference during the design phase. •Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to international codes (e.g., ASME B31.3 for Process Piping, ASME B31.1 for Power Piping).

Qualifications: ฺBachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or Process Equipment and Control Engineering ASME B31.3, API, ASTM, High involvement in Layout & 3D Deep understanding of valve types, flange ratings, and piping support engineering. Greenfield/Brownfield: （Optional but preferred） Experience in plant commissioning, startup, or large-scale transformation projects. Software: Proficiency in Aveva E3D/PDMS, Intergraph S3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or Bentley OpenPlant. Knowledge: Deep understanding of valve types, flange ratings, and piping support engineering. Analysis: Experience with CAESAR II or AutoPIPE for stress calculations.
