Sales Executive – Student Accommodation

Location: Shoreditch, London – Office-based Salary: £28,000–£45,000 + commission Contract: Temporary, ongoing

We’re looking for a confident, personable and energetic Sales Executive to join our client’s busy student accommodation team in Shoreditch. You’ll be speaking with students every day, helping them find and secure accommodation while providing a friendly, supportive customer experience.

The role

• Manage enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email
• Build strong relationships with students
• Guide customers through the accommodation process from enquiry to booking
• Follow up with leads and keep conversations moving
• Work towards achievable sales and activity targets
• Handle around 100 daily customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp and email

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident, friendly and naturally personable
• Comfortable speaking to lots of people
• Great at building rapport and providing excellent customer service
• Proactive, motivated and target-driven
• Patient and reassuring when dealing with students
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience is helpful, but personality, communication skills and attitude are just as important . Full training is available.
