Marketing Executive

(Recruitment Marketing) London | Hybrid Working | Up to £40,000 + Benefits

Are you a marketing professional with experience in the recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition sector ? We're partnering with a growing and highly successful recruitment business looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support brand growth, candidate attraction and business development initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the recruitment industry and enjoys creating engaging content, building brand awareness and driving marketing activity that delivers measurable results. Previous recruitment marketing experience is essential.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering creative and commercially focused marketing campaigns that support both candidate and client engagement Key responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging content across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Writing high-quality copy for marketing campaigns, thought leadership, blogs, email marketing and website content
• Supporting candidate attraction and employer branding initiatives
• Managing social media schedules, engagement and audience growth
• Designing marketing collateral, presentations and promotional materials using Canva
• Supporting brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key marketing metrics
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies within marketing activity
• Working closely with recruitment teams to promote vacancies, events and market insights

About You

• Previous marketing experience within a recruitment, executive search, staffing or talent acquisition environment
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience managing company social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
• Proficiency in Canva and content design
• Experience supporting candidate attraction or employer branding campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in digital marketing trends, AI tools and marketing innovation
