Onboarding Customer Support

Job Title: Onboarding Customer Support Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 Hours: Full Time Location: Earlswood, Solihull Description: We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join our clients Onboarding team. They are a family run, successful and well established business based near Earlswood. The team offer onboarding and continued support to business customers, providing regular checkups and detailed software guidance through calls and emails. A background in Customer Service or Account Management is required, and an interest in IT would be useful but training can be given. Key Duties: To work closely with businesses over the phone, email and live chat, to provide support and training for both software and hardware. Please note this is not a ‘numbers game’ or ‘ticketed helpdesk’ style role – it is quality over quantity To occasionally attend customers business premises to train or support with systems Ensure that customers receive full set up and ongoing support for full range of software Ensure all customer needs are met by providing regular check-ups, detailed software guidance calls and email support Support with occasional opportunities to provide face to face training and technical support to customers across the UK and Ireland To work closely across all teams from Membership Customer Service, Management, Software Development, Business Development and Sales & Marketing, to ensure constant up to date knowledge of all areas of the business Problem solving and a good initiative is essential Responsible for investigating, making and justifying technical decisions Experience Required: Previous experience within a customer service based environment Strong interpersonal and team working skills The ability to communicate technical concepts to a non technical audience An ability to prioritise workload and perform well in busy periods A good knowledge of general all round IT literacy Able to organise and co-ordinate hardware installations, working with our in house team of engineers This is an excellent role for experienced Onboarding Customer Support candidate to work in a varied role within a busy team.
