VP - ACLM(FS) - 12 Months Contract - S$10k

Morgan McKinley is hiring a VP - ALCM to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the team in effective management, monitoring and reporting of the company's capital position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse capital adequacy reports and monitor capital positions for management and key stakeholders.
• Perform capital forecasting, stress testing and scenario analysis under various business and economic conditions.
• Develop and enhance capital models, methodologies and analytical tools, including the preparation and ongoing development of ICAAP.
• Analyse changes in capital ratios, risk-weighted assets and capital requirements, while monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on capital planning and reporting.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews and validation exercises, while driving process automation, data quality improvements and stronger reporting controls.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in capital management, regulatory capital or a related finance function.
• Strong understanding of capital adequacy concepts, including regulatory capital, capital ratios, risk-weighted assets, capital buffers and capital planning.
• Experience in RWA reporting, capital modelling, capital forecasting, stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Experience supporting or contributing to ICAAP or an equivalent capital adequacy assessment process.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with sound judgement in assessing risks, data quality and competing priorities.
