Partner Support Specialist (Customer Service) - 12 Months Contract - up to $5.2k

We are seeking a  Partner Support Specialist (Customer Service) . In this role, you will manage stakeholder inquiries and escalations, deliver training on products and services, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support driver-partner engagement. You’ll refine operational policies, streamline processes, and collaborate across teams to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.  Key Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams and external BPO groups to manage inquiries, requests, and escalations effectively, including direct engagement for complex cases. Provide regular training and updates to support teams on products and services across rental and related business units. Work closely with internal departments and other business verticals to ensure smooth operations and active representation during engagement activities and program launches for driver-partners. Evaluate and refine existing operational policies and processes while assisting in the design and rollout of new initiatives. Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline operational frameworks and enhance efficiency across the broader operations organization. Support the review of driver management programs, assess their impact, and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a diploma qualification Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Hands-on experience in customer interaction with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities. High attention to accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks. Passion for identifying user pain points, process gaps, or inefficiencies and developing practical solutions.
