Paid Media Operations and Delivery Senior Manager
Our client is a leading Multinational Tech Software Company. This role will play a pivotal role in the implementation, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a 03 month [ Renewable] contract role. Job Responsibilities Campaign Execution o Manage the delivery, activation, QA and performance of integrated paid media campaigns across brand, social, and programmatic channels, ensuring timelines and production quality standards are met. o Delivery Assurance and QA: Conduct regular audits to verify that all campaign deliverables adhere to specifications, schedules, and compliance requirements for creative assets and ensure that media dates comply with removal deadlines due to licensing restrictions. o Ensure that media dates align with our planned campaign schedules and comply with removal deadlines due to licensing restrictions. o Oversee the management of creative deliverable details in the Airtable database, including live dates, and campaign performance metrics. o Responsible for maintaining detailed records of all creative assets across global markets, enhancing visibility into the execution of our campaigns. o Manage the client-side portion of tracking creative assets, including the QA routing and setup and monitoring of campaigns across various platforms Media agency collaboration and partners o Making sure that the media agency is accurately tracking all assets. Management of creative deliverables in collaboration with our production team, program managers, and media and creative partners. o Gain a clear understanding of company's media plans and the necessary creative assets needed to execute these plans. They will then coordinate with other stakeholders to deliver the finalized assets to our media partners. o Determine the necessary media deliverables and associated specs for all brand campaign marketing. Cross Functional Collaboration ○ Coordinates with our business affairs partners to ensure we are accurately tracking in-market dates for licensing and ensuring creative with expired licensing dates are removed from all media partners. ○ Identify areas for improvement in the creative delivery process and implement new systems or tools to enhance efficiency. Media Operations Capability Building ○ Partners APAC Media Leads and APAC Senior Media Lead in defining and optimizing campaign planning including asset mix, channel selection, and platform best practice to deliver successful local, full funnel integrated campaigns to market. ○ Helps to define standard operating procedures and optimization of media workflows between the media agency and cross functional partners. Job Requirements : BA/BS degree, 5-10 years of experience in media trafficking and/or paid media operations, brand marketing, and strategic media planning, ideally with experience in digital marketing, programmatic execution, and global campaign delivery or relevant experience in media and/or advertising. Candidates with experience from technology, e-commerce, entertainment or agency background Operational Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in project management, managing workflows involving influencer content boosting, local market advertising, or programmatic media. Technical Expertise: Proficiency with media platforms like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and analytics/reporting tools. Familiarity with creative asset management and compliance workflows preferred. Familiarity with Airtable for database management and operational frameworks. Experience with Google suite of products, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Drive. Fluency of Google Campaign Manager for tracking and serving digital ads effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of delivering cross-market media campaigns and thriving in ambiguous environments.
