Lead System Engineer

Your tasks

Sensor Products We are looking for an experienced Lead System Engineer to drive the development of advanced sensor products across electronics, embedded software, optics, and mechanical engineering.

• Lead system architecture and requirements engineering.
• Own product integration, verification, and validation.
• Drive technical problem-solving, System FMEA, and risk management.
• Ensure product performance and compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of System Engineering experience.
• Successful delivery of at least 3 complete product development cycles.
• Strong expertise in electronics and/or embedded systems.
• Experience in requirements engineering, validation, and reliability.
• Excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have: CPRE certification, IEC 61508 knowledge, and experience in global organizations.
