Finance Analyst (5 months contract) DT

Your tasks

• Track and manage Pan-Asia technology budgets, forecasts, actual expenditure, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle daily AR/AP processing, monthly accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial management reports and explain spending trends, variances, and key drivers.
• Support inter-entity IT chargebacks and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate records for IT vendor contracts, licenses, and hardware/software assets.
• Assist in finance process improvements, PMO project governance, and the preparation of senior management/committee materials.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; professional certifications (ACCA / CIMA / CPA) will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in IT Finance, Technology Business Management, or PMO functions managing tech budgets.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle is required. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across IT, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.
• Background in Banking or Financial Services is preferred; candidates with regional IT finance experience from other industries are welcome to apply.
