Morgan McKinley is supporting a globally operating consultancy with their recruitment for an Employment Tax Manager to join their London office.

Your tasks

• Advise clients on a wide variety of Employment Tax and Social Security matters
• Lead employment tax projects collaborating closely with colleagues in Mobility, HR, Finance and Payroll
• Support employment tax reviews, health checks and audits
• Identify and mitigate employment tax risks
• Ensure you're up to date with any legislative changes and communicating any changes to clients
• Mentor, coach and lead junior colleagues - developing your management experience
• Seek business development opportunities from new and existing clients

Requirements

Your experience: ATT, CTA, ACA qualified, or qualified by suitable experience.
